Filing a copyright complaint

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent:

Required information

Your notice must include all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact information above. The counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in accordance with our policy and applicable law.
